Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Partnership Manager based in New Delhi. The responsibilities include developing and managing strategic partnerships, building relationships with educational institutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of skilling programs. The role also involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, fostering educational opportunities, and driving impactful collaborations that align with the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with engineering colleges, universities, and higher education institutions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for academic leadership (VCs, Directors, Principals, Deans, HoDs)
  • Promote and drive participation in virtual internships, certification programs, faculty development initiatives, and national academic campaigns
  • Support institutions in program adoption, onboarding, execution, and completion
  • Facilitate MoUs, institutional agreements, and collaboration documentation
  • Conduct virtual and on-ground meetings, orientations, and review sessions with academic partners

  • Strong understanding of the higher education ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple institutions and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and reporting
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Partnerships, Account Management, and Strategic Partnerships
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, Engineering, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of experience in academic partnerships, institutional sales, education programs, or EdTech
  • Experience working with universities, colleges, or government education bodies is preferred
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with academic institutions, government bodies, and internal teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, or Communications is preferred
