Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven Senior Immigration Consultant to join our Noida office. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in global immigration pathways, visa documentation, compliance, and client advisory services.
This is a strategic role requiring strong case-handling abilities, regulatory awareness, and exceptional client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations to assess client eligibility across immigration programs
- Provide expert guidance on PR, study visas, work permits, and relocation options
- Manage complete case lifecycle — from documentation to final submission
- Ensure strict compliance with immigration laws and regulatory standards
- Stay updated with global immigration policies and program changes
- Maintain accurate documentation and case records
- Deliver transparent, ethical, and result-oriented consulting services
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Required Qualifications & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of immigration processes including Permanent Residency and Citizenship programs
- Strong experience handling visa applications, documentation, and compliance
- Solid understanding of immigration laws and regulatory frameworks
- Proven background in immigration consulting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or related field preferred
- Prior immigration industry experience is mandatory
