Hiring: Saviynt Identity Platform Lead / Consultant | Bengaluru
We are looking for an experienced Saviynt Identity Platform professional to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM), Saviynt implementation, and security governance.
This role requires a professional who can drive technical decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver secure identity solutions aligned with organizational security frameworks and compliance standards.
Role: Saviynt Identity Platform Lead / Consultant
Experience: 7.5+ Years
Location: Bengaluru
Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education
Key Responsibilities
• Take ownership of technical and team decisions related to Saviynt Identity Platform implementations
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to contribute to key architectural and security decisions
• Provide technical solutions and guidance to resolve complex identity and access management challenges
• Design, configure, and implement Saviynt Identity Governance solutions
• Support user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and identity governance workflows
• Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and technical expertise
• Monitor project progress, delivery milestones, and performance metrics
• Ensure projects align with organizational security frameworks and strategic objectives
• Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements and security improvements
Required Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Platform
• Experience in Identity Access Management (IAM)
• Understanding of identity governance, access management, and compliance frameworks
• Experience in role-based access control (RBAC) and user lifecycle management
• Knowledge of security frameworks, governance models, and compliance standards
