Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager (Sales & Marketing) position, based out of Hyderabad. The selected candidate will lead sales operations, develop and implement business plans, maintain customer relationships, and identify new market opportunities. The role involves analyzing market trends, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while managing and mentoring the sales team for maximum efficiency.

- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and data for informed decision-making.

- Proven problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with the industrial explosives or manufacturing sector is desirable.
