5) Ensure excellent, timely, cost effective execution of marketing collaterals including brochures, sample folders, etc.

1) Ensuring press releases for the new products are well created and circulated to the PR Agency via Corporate Marketing for coverage in media
2) Ensuring well drafted and creative mailers on new products information is created and disseminated in coordination with Corp Mktg
1) Weekly reporting of all activities, jobs with deadlines, schedules for completion
2) Creating Purchase orders maintaining quotations, tax data, creation of new vendors in MWT
3) All budgeting and monitoring of expenses against the same
All bills verification, payment schedules
4) Tracking of sample distribution till the last mile to dealers/ architects
