As the TA- Leader , you will serve as a key architect of the organization’s long-term talent strategy, shaping the leadership and workforce capabilities required to drive sustained growth and competitive advantage. In this enterprise-level role, you will set the vision for end-to-end talent acquisition, partnering with executive leadership and business heads to anticipate future talent needs and deliver best-in-class hiring outcomes aligned with our culture, values, and strategic priorities.

You will own and scale recruitment strategy across your functions building a world-class, data-driven hiring engine that supports both immediate and long-term organizational objectives.

As a senior people leader, you will lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing recruitment organization, setting standards for excellence, accountability, and innovation. You will champion an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience, influence senior stakeholders with insight and credibility, and ensure recruitment remains a strategic enabler of business transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and lead the talent acquisition agenda for your portfolio, ensuring hiring plans are closely aligned with business priorities and long-term workforce needs.

· Partner closely with senior business leaders to understand growth plans, anticipate talent requirements, and define clear success profiles for critical roles.

· Provide end-to-end leadership across the hiring lifecycle, workforce planning, sourcing strategy, assessment rigor, offer management, and onboarding ensuring consistency, quality, and speed.

· Build, lead, and develop a strong recruitment leadership team, creating depth, succession, and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

· Use hiring data and market insights to review performance, identify gaps, and guide decisions around capacity planning and pipeline development.

· Manage and strengthen external partnerships with search firms, agencies, and platforms to support both niche and leadership hiring needs.

· Ensure a high-quality, fair, and professional candidate experience that reflects the organization’s values and employer brand.

Expertise And Qualifications

· 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to leadership and senior-level hiring in complex or high-growth environments.

· Demonstrated experience building and scaling recruitment teams and processes to support business expansion and organizational change.

· Strong business orientation with the ability to translate hiring needs into practical, executable recruitment plans.

· Deep hands-on expertise in sourcing approaches, candidate evaluation, and use of recruitment tools and systems.

· Proven ability to work effectively with senior leaders, influencing decisions through insight, credibility, and partnership.

· Experienced people leader with a track record of developing teams, managing change, and operating effectively in ambiguous environments.

· Designation will be commensurate with expertise/experience. Compensation packages among the best in the industry
