Role and Responsibilities:

  • Head & Manage Project Sales : Head sales, hire, train and manage team for assigned project.
  • Sales Planning and Goals Achievement : Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales plan and drive team to meet/exceed targets.
  • Team Management : Hire, train and retain an exceptional sales team which can deliver superlative performance.
  • Customer Managemen t: Manage end-to-end customer interaction including understanding customer need and profile, conduct in-depth tour of the assigned residential property, explain investment rationale and follow-up till sale materializes.
  • Lead Generation : Work with team on generating possible referrals / leads from assigned Priority Channel Partner relationships and other sources.
  • Competition Tracking : Track and monitor competition and latest market trends. Share knowledge and information with the team.
  • Reporting : Ensure timely updates on the system. Submit weekly progress report to management team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Real Estate Sales experience.
  • High levels of passion, grit and ownership.
  • Superlative communication and team management skills.
