Job Description:

We're looking for a social media superstar who's down to help us spread the gospel of our delicious treats. This role is for someone who wants to create, experiment, and grow with the brand, while learning how social media actually drives culture and business.

We’re looking for someone who lives online, understands internet culture, and knows the difference between content that exists and content that moves people to react, share, and engage.

Responsibilities –

  • Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across Instagram and other social platforms
  • Shoot and edit reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content at the store, central kitchen, and head office
  • Brainstorm creative campaigns, meme formats, and social trends that align with the G.O.A.T. brand voice
  • Build and nurture a tribe of premium indulgence seekers, both online and offline. If someone loves our brand, they should feel seen, heard, and obsessed. Respond like a real human, spot community champions, and ensure every conversation feels personal.
  • Stay on top of internet culture, trending formats, and viral content styles
  • Grow brand awareness via influencer collabs, media tie-ins, and creative activations
  • Help track content performance and identify what’s working and what’s not
  • Assist with campaign execution, launches, giveaways, and social activations
  • Be present during key shoots or content moments and help capture spontaneous, authentic content
  • Help the marketing efforts to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement, brand love, and FOMO.

Requirements –

  • Strong interest in social media, content creation, and internet culture
  • Social media boss with a love for luxury, a hippy spirit, and a sweet tooth
  • Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video content for reel
  • Creative instinct for hooks, captions, memes, and storytelling
  • Mad communication skills with a side of sass and ability to work collaboratively
  • Curious, proactive, and not afraid to pitch bold ideas
  • Basic design or editing skills are a plus (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
  • You appreciate startup culture and the opportunity to wear many hats and take on different roles
  • You’ll need to bring your own device
  • We work 6 days a week
  • This is a hands-on role – expect to create, experiment, and learn by doing
