Job Summary
We are seeking a senior, results-driven Business Development & Sales professional with strong exposure to the marine and offshore industry. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in business growth, key account management, and technically driven sales, supported by onsite vessel exposure and design/engineering familiarity, to drive revenue and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales – Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across marine and offshore segments.- Lead strategic lead generation, market development, and client acquisition activities.- Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, tenders, and client presentations.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with shipowners, operators, shipyards, OEMs, and consultants.- Lead commercial negotiations and support contract finalization in coordination with senior management.
Technical, Onsite & Project Interface- Undertake onboard inspections, site surveys, drydock visits, and shipyard meetings.- Lead and support technical discussions related to retrofit solutions, energy efficiency technologies, and regulatory compliance.- Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations teams to define scopes, timelines, and cost estimates.- Act as a key client interface during project execution for progress updates and commercial coordination.
Market & Strategy – Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging marine technologies.- Identify new service offerings, products, and strategic partnerships.
Preferred Exposure & Added Advantage- Strong onsite exposure: vessel inspections, onboard surveys, drydock supervision, shipyard coordination.- Design & engineering exposure: understanding of drawings, layouts, piping systems, retrofit designs, and technical documentation.- Ability to translate onsite and design inputs into commercially viable opportunities

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Marine / Naval Architecture Engineering or equivalent.- 7–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Technical Sales within the marine and offshore industry
