Mission

I define and pilot the adapted Indus plan according to Products stakes and risks.

I drive INDUS players and enablers to respect the INDUS Steps.

I develop suppliers Indus autonomy AND I react in front of difficulties and create the conditions to take decisions with stakeholders

I perform 100% deliverables & requirements thanks to my Technical skills on my products/process perimeter

I detect unacceptable situation in my supplier (Quality, procee & HRP) and implement

immediate actions

I implement the control plans on my perimeter.

I homologate my product for a new production launching

I plan Quality, Process and sustainable development assessments in my supplier pannel

I identify , control and project supplier’s industrial capabilities

I ensure industrial solution at each step of the project

I explore new process solutions and Optimise my process/perimeter

Profile

Production specialist – Industrialization and Quality – Experienced in Polymers,Polymer Products and molds.

Manage the industrialization step in order to ensure a stable and reliable process before the start of mass production

Make suppliers autonomous and improve continuously their performance (Quality, Sustainable development, Process)
