CrewSELECT is seeking an experienced Plumbing Site Supervisor / Foreman to lead commercial construction projects across the Perth metro area.
The Role
You will oversee large-scale, multimillion-dollar commercial builds, managing site teams, coordinating works, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
What’s in it for You
- $58 – $63 per hour + penalties + vehicle and fuel
- 8–10 hour days with overtime available on weekday afternoons and Saturdays
- Projects located across both NOR and SOR – we aim to keep you as close to home as possible

About You
- Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or Foreman role
- Strong background in commercial plumbing
- Confident leading teams and coordinating subcontractors
- Strong problem-solving ability and leadership skills
- Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
