Conduct financial analysis to support corporate development activities. Assist in evaluating potential investment and acquisition opportunities. Perform due diligence and prepare detailed reports for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives. Monitor industry trends and work on pre investment and post investment analysis to assess ROI Prepare presentations and financial models to support business decisions. Support the development of long-term growth strategies for investments made Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial standards. A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Can be a graduate/MBA/CA degree 1-2 years of experience in handling Investment, Equity research and M&A analysis is required Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools. Experience in the Technology & Private Equity or Investment Banking is preferred Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines effectively.
