Our mission is to become India’s leading music licensing infrastructure for brands and enterprises.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Enterprise Sales who will drive adoption of Hoopr Smash across brands and marketing organizations.

This role will focus on enterprise-level partnerships , where brands subscribe to Hoopr Smash’s music licensing solutions for use across their marketing and content ecosystems.

The role sits at a unique intersection of SaaS sales, media-tech, and the music industry.

Key Responsibilities

– Drive enterprise sales for Hoopr Smash by onboarding brands onto subscription-based licensing solutions

– Build relationships with brand marketing teams, digital teams, and marketing leadership

– Engage with advertising agencies and media partners to drive adoption of the platform

– Identify opportunities where brands require scalable music licensing solutions for content and campaigns

– Manage the entire enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure

– Collaborate with internal teams to structure enterprise licensing solutions

– Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of brand partnerships

Ideal Candidate

– 5–6 years of experience in enterprise sales, SaaS sales, or media sales

– Experience selling to brand marketing teams or large organizations

– Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

– Comfortable managing mid to large enterprise deals

– Interest in media, advertising, music, or content ecosystems

– Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
