Human Resource Business Partner:

In this role, you will be driving HR strategies that align with business goals while strengthening talent management, workforce planning, and an inclusive, high‑performing culture. You will ensure statutory compliance, manage labour relations, contract labour governance and liaison with legal and regulatory authorities for smooth, compliant operations.

Your job:

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive talent, succession, and workforce planning excellence
• Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, performance management support, and development initiatives
• Lead Industrial Relations to maintain trust, resolve employee concerns, and ensure a harmonious, productive environment
• Ensure statutory and labour law compliance, including contract labour and maintain required records and licences
• Liaise with legal and statutory authorities (labour, factory, pollution, etc.) to support smooth inspections, audits, and regulatory operations
• Manage Legal and statutory related external agencies,
• Enhance organizational reputation through transparent practices and positive engagement with government and community stakeholders

Our requirement:

• MBA/MSW in HR with 12–15 years of HR Business Partnering experience
• Excellent communication, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and industry best practices
• Proven expertise in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Succession Planning, and Change Management to build long‑term organizational capability
• Strong command of HR strategy, workforce planning, DEI initiatives, and performance management, aligning people priorities with business outcomes
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS and data analytics
• Tamil language proficiency (Including read and write)
