Job Description:

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who understands that scaling a brand isn’t just about hacking the algorithm—it’s about marrying airtight media buying with thumb-stopping, cinematic creative.

You won’t just be pushing buttons in Ads Manager; you will be the growth architect for ambitious D2C brands. We need a data-obsessed strategist who knows how to take a brand from baseline to crossing the ₹1 Crore MRR mark and beyond. You will work closely with our creative directors, video editors, and AI artists, feeding them data-backed insights on what hooks work, what visuals convert, and what needs to be iterated.

What You’ll Do

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Strategize, execute, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms. You know how to allocate and scale substantial daily budgets efficiently.
  • D2C Growth Architecture: Build full-funnel marketing strategies. You understand the nuances of customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and how to optimize the entire user journey from the first impression to the checkout page.
  • Creative Feedback Loops: Bridge the gap between data and design. You will analyze ad performance and provide structured, documented feedback to the creative team (we prefer solid spreadsheets and clear tracking over chaotic WhatsApp updates) to iterate on video assets and copy.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Relentlessly test audiences, bidding strategies, and creative formats. You know how to leverage high-production ad films, AI-generated spec ads, and UGC to find the winning formula.
  • Data Tracking & Reporting: Set up flawless tracking (Pixels, CAPI, UTMs) and build transparent, easy-to-read performance dashboards for both internal team reviews and client reporting.

  • The Scale Master: You have a proven track record of profitably scaling ad spend for D2C brands. You don’t panic when budgets increase; you know exactly how to structure campaigns for growth.
  • The Creative Analyst: You understand that the best media buyers are also part creative directors. You can look at a declining ROAS and immediately know if the issue is the hook, the pacing, or the landing page offer.
  • The Structured Operator: You thrive on clear communication and professional transparency. You build systems that track errors, document wins, and keep the feedback loop tight.
  • The Platform Expert: You are deeply technical with Meta Ads and Google Ads, staying ahead of platform updates, privacy changes, and tracking solutions.
