Position : SEO & Generative AI Visibility Specialist
Experience: 5–7 Years
Location: Gurgaon/Work from office (Hybrid – based on work requirements)
We are looking for an experienced SEO & AI Search Visibility Specialist who understands how Generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude) surface when users ask for recommendations.This role goes beyond traditional SEO.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in entity-based SEO, brand authority building, third-party citations, and AI-driven search ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generative AI & LLM Visibility (Core Responsibility)
- Ensure brand visibility across Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude.
- Improve entity recognition for company name, services, and geography (India, Gurgaon, NCR).
- Track and test brand mentions for high-intent AI queries.
- Optimize content and external signals that influence AI-generated answers.
2. Authority & Third-Party Platform Optimization
- Build and optimize presence on AI-trusted platforms such as:
- Clutch, G2, GoodFirms, DesignRush, Crunchbase, LinkedIn, industry directories
- Drive authoritative mentions through digital PR, guest content, and partnerships.
- Maintain consistency of brand, services, and positioning across all platforms.
3. SEO for AI-Enhanced Search
- Develop SEO strategies aligned with AI Overviews, conversational search, and semantic search. Optimize for featured snippets, FAQs, and long-form answers used by AI systems.
- Implement Schema.org / structured data to enhance AI readability.
- Build topic clusters around software consulting, delivery models, and industry expertise.
4. Technical & On-Page SEO
- Perform technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals).
- Improve site architecture and internal linking for topical authority.
- Collaborate with engineering and content teams to ensure SEO best practices.
5. Measurement & Experimentation
- Track performance across: Google Search Console & Analytics
- AI platforms (manual testing + tooling)
- Run experiments to understand how AI systems pick sources and citations.
- Document learnings and continuously refine strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of proven SEO experience with measurable growth.
- Strong understanding of: Entity-based & semantic SEO, E-E-A-T and brand authority signals , AI Overviews and conversational search
- Experience optimizing for non-Google discovery channels.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Minimum 65% across entire education background
- Bachelors or Masters degree in related field preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience with LLM optimization / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO / LLMO).
- Familiarity with how AI models source information.
- Background in Software consulting, or tech services.
- Experience with digital PR, programmatic SEO, or automation.
