Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Manager based in Kolkata. The Regional Manager will oversee operational, administrative, and strategic activities within the assigned region. Responsibilities include managing teams, developing business strategies, achieving sales and performance targets, and building partnerships. The role also involves ensuring compliance with organizational standards, maintaining quality in education services, and addressing customer concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Experience of handling multiple Franchisee Centres and acquisition of the same
- Proven experience in business development and strategic planning
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage operational challenges
- Knowledge of the education industry and market trends is a plus
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and manage cross-functional teams
