Job Title: Associate Talent Specialist

Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite)

Shift Timings: US shift/Night Shift (8.30 PM IST to 5.30 AM IST)

You’ll do:

• Source, attract and recruit high quality candidates through effective sourcing.
• Attend and gain Edge sessions, Edge 1 Trainings & Point system details
• Achieve established recruiting KRAs – TE Leaders to finalize actual goals
• Current goals for reference Submissions, Starts, Ascendion Deck Presentation, Hot Book
• Adhere to recruiting best practices to maintain a high level of professionalism and exhibit Ascendion core values.
• Deliver Ascendion deck presentations to candidates for attracting right talent
• Develop and maintain a Hot Book, fostering long term relationships with candidates (Hot Book will be approved by TL/TAM)
• Actively engagement on LinkedIn and other networking sites to build talent pool
• Attend and actively participate in training sessions provided to enhance professional skills and stay current with industry trends
