Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Brand Marketing professional to lead brand

positioning, digital strategy, corporate communication, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.

The role requires strong planning ability, clarity in communication, and data-backed

decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Planning

● Define and refine brand positioning aligned with business objectives

● Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new services

● Build Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and define marketing OKRs

● Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels

● Support long-term brand architecture and service narratives

2. Corporate Communication & Executive Branding

● Develop pitch decks, corporate presentations, and leadership communication material

● Drive executive thought leadership initiatives

● Lead Digital PR and press release strategy

● Ensure clarity and consistency in messaging frameworks

3. Digital Marketing & Performance Alignment

● Oversee website strategy and ensure alignment with SEO and conversion goals

● Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

● Coordinate performance marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, paid campaigns)

● Improve website UI/UX in collaboration with design and tech teams

4. Content & Campaign Management

● Develop structured content strategy aligned with business goals

● Plan and execute webinars, video marketing, and digital campaigns

● Align brand campaigns with measurable lead-generation outcomes

● Leverage technology and AI tools to streamline content workflows

5. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management

● Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams for aligned messaging

● Coordinate with agencies, creative partners, and vendors

● Ensure timely and structured execution of marketing initiatives

6. Reporting & Analytics

● Track brand and marketing KPIs

● Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns

● Present structured reports and insights to management

Required Skills & Experience

● 8–12 years of experience in Branding and Digital Marketing

● Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, and PR

● Experience in GTM strategy and marketing automation

● Ability to build structured presentations and executive communication

● Familiarity with CRM systems and analytics tools

● Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

● Clear, structured, and data-oriented approach to marketing
