Roles & Responsibilities

1. Student Engagement & Counseling

• Connect with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Provide detailed information about medical study programs, universities, and countries.
• Conduct personalized counseling sessions to understand student goals and guide them in selecting the right program.

2. Application Management

• Assist students throughout the application process – from documentation to submission.
• Coordinate with international universities to ensure seamless handling of applications.
• Monitor progress and share timely updates or additional requirements with students.

3. Post-Registration Support

• Oversee the visa application process and verify necessary documents.
• Conduct pre-departure sessions to prepare students for their study abroad journey.
• Address last-minute queries or issues before departure.

4. Post-Flying Support

• Provide post-arrival check-ins and help students settle abroad smoothly.
• Act as a liaison between students and international institutions.
• Continue offering guidance on adapting to new academic and cultural environments.

5. General Administrative Tasks

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status.
• Generate reports on student engagement and success metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the student experience.
