Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Jaipur. The Social Media Manager will oversee the brand’s online presence across various platforms by implementing effective social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, optimizing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with teams to develop content strategies and ensuring consistent communication to foster brand presence and audience engagement. We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and building the brand’s social media presence. They need to growth oriented and adaptable to all the challenges that come with working in a startup.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to drive engagement and growth
- Strong Communication skills to effectively convey the brand’s identity and message
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to create compelling and relevant content
- Ability to analyze social media trends and performance metrics
- Experience in digital branding and community engagement is a plus
- Knowledge of the fashion industry and traditional handicrafts is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
