Job Description:

SAVVY Technology Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet our company’s technical staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Writing job descriptions and posting to hiring platforms.
• Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
• Arranging and conducting telephone, video, or in-person initial rounds of interviews to identify potential candidates.
• Identifying technical requirements for those jobs based on request.
• Presenting best candidate resumes to the hiring manager (3-5 per requirement).
• Offering job positions and onboarding.
• Forecasting recruitment opportunities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and source qualified candidates within 24-48 hours.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Utilize social media platforms and professional networks to identify and engage with passive candidates.
• Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Technical Recruiter Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
• Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years in technical recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in recruitment processes and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Effective decision-making skills with a focus on delivering quality results.
