Job Description: BCM – Consultant / Senior Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Consultant / Senior Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of BCM frameworks for clients. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure organizations are prepared to respond to and recover from disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks and strategies .
• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessments for client organizations.
• Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) documentation .
• Support BCM program governance, policy development, and documentation .
• Facilitate BCM awareness sessions, training programs, and tabletop exercises .
• Coordinate and support BCP and DR testing exercises and document outcomes.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to ensure BCM compliance with industry standards .
• Support audits and assessments related to ISO 22301 or other BCM standards .
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, or related domains.
• Understanding of BCM lifecycle including BIA, Risk Assessment, BCP, DR planning, and testing .
• Familiarity with ISO 22301, ISO 27001, or related resilience frameworks is preferred.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills .
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage client expectations .
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) .

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in ISO 22301 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor, CBCI, or CBCP (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience working in consulting or advisory environments is an advantage.
