McDonalds has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Business Process Management (RTR & ATR). This role is responsible for executing assigned finance processes at the operational level within the Record-to-Report (RTR) tower while providing support for Acquire-to-Retire (ATR) activities as needed. The Manager monitors process performance at a global level, ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, and acts as a secondary liaison for market and corporate finance teams. The position also supports issue resolution, maintains process documentation, and contributes to knowledge management to enable consistency and continuous improvement across markets.

The candidate is expected to reside in Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executes assigned finance processes (RTR) at the operational level, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance; supports ATR activities as needed.
  • Monitors process performance globally and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Acts as a secondary liaison for market and corporate finance teams to support day-to-day operations.
  • Supports issue resolution and escalates complex problems to the Director, Business Process Management.
  • Maintains process documentation and ensures updates are reflected in knowledge management repositories.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Monitors performance metrics and supports reporting for operational effectiveness.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in finance operations or process management and a total of 9+ years of Finance experience.
  • English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4).
  • Strong understanding of RTR processes and familiarity with ATR processes and ERP systems.
  • Ability to execute operational tasks with precision and consistency.
  • Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting issue resolution and maintaining compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management tools and documentation practices.
