designation / Role – Manager HR +IR
Client – Mid Sized Swiss MNC focused on manufacturing machines .
Location – Bangalore
Required Exp – 9-11 years
Education – MSW / MBA in HR or PGDBA HR
Reporting to Global HR Head
This role leads the full employee lifecycle and ensures a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace. Acting as the key HR partner and consult the business on site, the role supports recruitment, development, performance, and engagement while aligning HR practices with business goals.
Recruitment & Staffing
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers at the site for HR topics
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and create training programs.
- Coordinate employee learning and development initiatives (with functional Global Heads and Head of Departments, as well as externals).
Performance Managements
- Advising and enabling managers on performance management and how to become more effective
Compensation & Benefits
- Provide HR related inputs for Finance to administer payroll
- Manage benefits and incentive programs
Compliance & HR & IR Policies
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Settlement (annually)
- Dealing with external stakeholders (to fulfill all statutory requirements)
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Designing and implementing local training & development initiatives
Core Competencies –
Strategic HR mindset: organizational development & change management (experience to drive change within the organization is highly important)
Industrial Relations: Factory’s Act, Contract Labor, PF, ESI, PT
Language Requirements :- Very good skills verbally and written in English and Kannada
