Job description
- Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1/2 Partners), should be able to identify/target potential Vendors for IT staffing business in the USA and get contract Staffing Requirements and close positions.
- Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with Clients and Vendors to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing.
- Interact with clients on a daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil. Get involved in the complete recruitment cycle – from sourcing to placing.
- Must be able to hit the ground running and acquire new clients and/or new business via various channels, add company to vendor lists, generate solid requisitions for contract, contract to hire and permanent positions and thus drive revenues
- Client relationship management.
- Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support.
- Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business.
- Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders, OPT, CPT and H1B consultants and proficient knowledge in US employment tax terms such as 1099, W2, and Corp to Corp (C2C) placing candidate on contract, contract to hire and full-time Positions.
- Coordinate with the candidates for the interviews timings and joining formalities.
- Experience in using job boards like Dice, Monster, Techfetch, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Identify potential opportunities and generate leads in US/IT staffing
- Send emails to the contacts and convert interest.
- Work on all co-ordinations with the client and other teams until the business closure is achieved.
- Utilize various strategies to research and identify potential clients.
- Source clients majorly with US IT staffing requirements.
- Prospecting clients with both permanent and contract US IT staffing requirements who have the policy of onboarding vendors.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Desired skills-:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing business development in the US market.
- Applicants should be willing to work in EST shifts. Mon to Friday.
- Good years of experience as a Business Development Executive with proven records of client acquisition for the US staffing business.
