Position Title: Jr. Fuel Biller
Position Reports To: Fuel Billing Manager
Position Summary:
The fuel biller will maintain control over their fuel carriers and ensure all deliveries are billed to Wholesale and Consignment locations. Meet monthly deadlines and work with Inventory Accountant to ensure Consignment tanks are closed by assigned month end close date.
Essential Functions:
- Print BOL and Delivery Ticket paperwork for assigned carriers.
- Bill all Profit Centers associated with their assigned carriers.
- Ensure all deliveries for their carriers are billed with accordance to the daily Unbilled spreadsheet the manger sends out every morning.
- Research tank loss issues for Inventory Accountant.
- Research any CRM cases involving assigned carriers.
- Works with Fuel Supply to ensure carriers are pulling correct product.
- Ensure each delivery is billed utilizing all tools, including Axis and dealers price letters.
- Works with Fuel AP to ensure all deliveries are billed accurately, to ensure Fuel AP meets monthly.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Strong oral and written skills.
- 10-Key.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Organized.
- Able to research issues with assigned carriers.
Daily function:
- Received unbilled spreadsheet from manager with outstanding deliveries, by carrier, supplier and state.
- Print BOL and delivery paperwork for assigned carriers.
- Enter BOL into PDI.
- Research assigned CRM cases.
