Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior IT Recruiter to join our team full-time in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in IT recruitment. This is an office-based role that involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier IT professionals. The candidate should have a keen understanding of IT roles and be capable of coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Recruiter skills with IT Recruitment expertise are mandatory for understanding and fulfilling client requirements. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficient in sourcing and screening candidates from various sources to ensure high-quality hires. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in using Interview Scheduling Software for efficient management of interview timelines and schedules.
  • Strong coordinating abilities to liaise between clients, candidates, and internal teams seamlessly throughout the recruitment process.
  • Must have experience in end-to-end recruitment, taking ownership from initial sourcing to final placement.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and challenges in IT recruitment to stay competitive in delivering quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients alike.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of recruitment quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert talent acquisition solutions.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels and networking, ensuring the best fit for IT positions.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability before proceeding with interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with IT specialists, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, from job posting to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline to fulfill present and future hiring needs of clients.
  • Regularly update and maintain recruitment databases with candidate information and job requisitions.
  • Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
