This role is designed as a learning and development opportunity, where you will be trained and rotated across key departments to build a strong understanding of the music business.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with music producers and artists to track song deliveries
- Help manage music assets, including audio, video, artwork, and lyrics
- Support the planning and release of songs across digital platforms
- Assist with YouTube uploads, metadata, and channel operations
- Maintain content trackers and organise music libraries
- Work closely with content, marketing, and digital teams
Learning & Development
- Structured exposure across content, YouTube, digital distribution, and operations
- Rotation across departments to understand different aspects of the music business
- Hands-on training with internal teams and industry tools
- Opportunity to develop long-term skills in the music and digital content ecosystem
Who Can Apply
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Strong interest in music, entertainment, and digital media
- Highly organised and eager to learn
- Basic understanding of YouTube and social platforms is a plus
