Roles & Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Hygiene
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep of office premises.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of housekeeping standards.
- Manage vendor staff and ensure compliance with grooming and uniform policies.
Security & Safety
- Supervise security operations, access control, and visitor management.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and safety compliance.
- Liaise with vendors for security staff deployment and training.
Pantry & Office Support
- Oversee pantry services, catering arrangements, and consumables.
- Ensure smooth functioning of front office/reception services.
- Manage mailroom and courier services.
Vendor & Staff Management
- Coordinate with outsourced vendors for service delivery.
- Conduct daily briefings, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain attendance, discipline, and service quality of staff.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on soft service operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit standards.
- Track budgets, invoices, and cost optimization initiatives.
