We’re Hiring: AI Engineer (3–6 Years Experience)

About the Role
At Upbott, we’re looking for an AI Engineer who can build real AI products — not just experiment with tools. If you enjoy turning ideas into working AI applications using LLMs, APIs, automation tools, and modern architecture, this role is for you.
This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, product-focused, and comfortable working across multiple AI platforms and models.
What You’ll Do
- Build standalone AI-powered applications and automation systems
- Develop AI agents, copilots, chatbots, and workflow automation tools
- Integrate LLMs, APIs, vector databases, and automation platforms
- Design AI system architecture and backend services
- Build RAG pipelines and AI workflows
- Prototype quickly and ship production-ready solutions
Tools & Technologies -You May Work With OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, FAISS, Zapier, Make, n8n, Vapi, ElevenLabs, cloud platforms, and modern backend frameworks.
(You don’t need to know everything — but you should learn fast.)
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of software engineering experience
- Strong Python skills
- Experience working with LLM APIs
- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, and AI agents
- Experience building APIs and backend services
- Strong problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
- SaaS product development experience
- Voice AI experience
- JavaScript / Node.js
- React or Next.js
- Docker and cloud deployment
- CRM or ERP integrations
