Human Resource Business Partner

Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Talent Outsourcing & Offshoring

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala, India

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support our global talent outsourcing operations. This role will primarily focus on supporting recruitment for Australian clients, while also assisting talent acquisition requirements for Qatar-based projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for client requirements across international markets
• Support hiring requirements for both Australia and Qatar operations
• Act as a strategic HR partner for offshore hiring and workforce delivery
• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring priorities
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing requirements
• Ensure timely closures aligned with recruitment KPIs and TAT
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and deployment
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment or HRBP roles
• Experience in handling multiple roles across different domains
• Exposure to international or offshore hiring is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
