Senior Recruiter/Search Consultant – Semiconductor & Electronics (Mid–Leadership Hiring)
Location: Remote (Preference: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai)
Experience: 3+ Years in Semiconductor / Electronics Recruitment
Education: B.E./B.Tech – Electronics & Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication / EEE or related discipline
About the Role
We are looking for a Semiconductor Search Consultant who brings a strong understanding of the semiconductor and electronics ecosystem and experience hiring for mid to leadership level roles.
The role involves partnering with our Leadership Search team to manage and deliver on mandates from leading semiconductor, chip design, embedded systems, and electronics companies.
This is an ideal role for someone who combines technical understanding of the semiconductor industry with strong executive search capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Search Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end executive and leadership search assignments in the semiconductor and electronics domain
- Work closely with internal leadership to deliver strategic hiring mandates for semiconductor clients
- Build strong relationships with semiconductor companies, chip design firms, and electronics organizations
Candidate Identification & Engagement
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates across semiconductor, chip design, VLSI, embedded systems, and electronics engineering domains
- Conduct deep candidate evaluation and technical discussions with potential candidates
- Build long-term talent pipelines across semiconductor product companies, design centers, and engineering teams
Market Intelligence
- Maintain strong knowledge of the semiconductor ecosystem including product companies, design houses, and engineering talent pools
- Provide talent mapping, competitor intelligence, and hiring insights to clients
Stakeholder Management
- Manage candidate and client communication throughout the search lifecycle
- Ensure high standards of consultative recruitment and candidate experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment/search within the semiconductor, electronics, chip design, embedded or VLSI space
- Experience hiring for mid to senior leadership roles
- B.E / B.Tech in Electronics & Electrical, ECE, EEE, or similar engineering discipline
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, technology stacks, and engineering roles
- Excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to independently manage search assignments and client relationships

- Preference for candidates based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai to support client engagement in key semiconductor hubs
