Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter & Front Desk Executive who will manage front office responsibilities while supporting the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a willingness to learn recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Manage the front desk operations and welcome visitors professionally.
  • Maintain visitor entry records in the log book.
  • Handle Inward & Outward register entries for documents and courier.
  • Record and maintain employee movement entries when employees leave the office for official work.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department.
  • Ensure proper coordination with internal teams for visitor meetings.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Support the HR Manager in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring data.
  • Gain knowledge and exposure to recruitment and HR processes.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update office records and documentation.
  • Support basic HR and administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional and presentable personality.

Preferred Skills

  • Interest in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.
  • Ability to handle front office responsibilities and HR coordination simultaneously.
