Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Citizen Engagement Lead responsible for driving grassroots outreach and public participation across initiatives. The role focuses on building strong community connections, amplifying campaign messaging, and ensuring high citizen engagement aligned with government objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute community outreach strategies across districts
• Build and manage local communication networks & stakeholders
• Drive on-ground campaigns, school/parent engagement, and activations
• Coordinate community radio and grassroots messaging efforts
• Engage youth volunteers and local advocates for wider reach
• Ensure consistent campaign amplification at ground level
• Track participation, collect feedback, and maintain outreach reports
