Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district for a Creative Group Head. The Creative Group Head will lead and oversee the development and implementation of innovative creative strategies. Key responsibilities include providing creative direction, driving branding initiatives, managing graphic design projects, and mentoring a team of creative professionals. The role requires fostering collaboration, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and maintaining high creative standards.
Qualifications
*End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Lead the entire initiative lifecycle – from strategic planning to execution – ensuring all campaigns align with government narratives and are delivered within strict timelines.
* Punjabi Content Leadership (Mandatory): Strong command over Punjabi language for political messaging, public communication, and culturally relevant storytelling across campaigns.
* Day-to-Day Copy Team Management: Oversee copy team operations, task allocation, and performance to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
* Campaign Messaging & Tagline Development: Craft impactful headlines, slogans, and taglines aligned with political vision and public sentiment.
* Social Media & Digital Copy Oversight: Supervise captions, post copies, and platform-specific messaging to maintain engagement and consistency.
* Script Writing Expertise: Develop scripts for video content, political ads, and radio jingles with clear, persuasive messaging.
* Press Releases & Communication Notes: Draft official statements, press releases, and communication materials aligned with leadership objectives.
* Multilingual Content Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and consistency across Punjabi, Hindi, and English content.
* Operational Excellence & SOPs: Establish structured processes to maintain compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Resource & Budget Governance: Manage team resources efficiently, ensuring maximum output with optimized cost.
* High-Level Political Liaison: Act as a bridge between leadership and execution teams, ensuring messaging alignment and quick resolution of bottlenecks.
