At Modern Mint, we design immersive business board games and experiential learning programs that teach strategy, leadership, and decision-making through simulation. Our programs are played across institutions like MIT, NYU, IITs, and IIMs, as well as by professional communities. As an L&D Growth Intern, you’ll help expand our reach by identifying potential partners, building lead pipelines, and supporting outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads such as universities, student communities, and professionals.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn and email to introduce our programs and initiatives.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain communication.
- Coordinate meetings or introductions with the team.
- Track leads and outreach in simple CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Support growth initiatives and partnership outreach.
Qualification
• Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, HR, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and online research tools.
• Interest in learning & development, partnerships, or growth strategy.
• Strong research skills to identify relevant communities and decision-makers.
• Consistency in outreach and follow-ups.
• Organized in managing 50–100+ leads and tracking progress.
