Job Description:
– Ability To create quality network & exposure in local market.
– Acquisition and managing of new as well as existing financial advisors / distributors from market.
– Should be AMFI Passed/or need to pass during 6 months after joining.
– Ability to build good relationship with advisors.
– Ability to lead the team of advisors
– Ability to train and develop advisors for business.
– Should have zeal to learn and then guide other advisors for different financial products.
– Should be interested in seeing themselves as team (Advisor) managing profile from day 1.
Skills:
– Minimum Graduation Required
– Good Communication Skill
– NISM Distributors Certification Examination passed /or need to pass during 6 months after joining
