Revit Architecture Specialist

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Revit professional to support our AutoCAD to Revit transition by training and mentoring the Drafting Team, developing Revit standards, and supporting live residential projects.

The role is production-focused and requires close coordination with delivery teams during the transition phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and mentor AutoCAD Architects on Revit Architecture
• Support Revit modelling and documentation for residential projects
• Develop and maintain:
• Revit templates
• Master/base models
• Standard families and views
• Act as the internal point of contact for Revit-related queries

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Revit Architecture
• Proven experience delivering Revit-based architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, schedules) in live project environments
• Experience in architectural documentation
• Ability to train or mentor junior team members
• Willingness to understand and align with Australian residential drafting standards

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Exposure to Australian residential projects
• Experience as a Revit Lead / Senior Revit Drafter / BIM Coordinator (Architectural)
• Experience supporting teams during software or workflow transitions

Experience

• 3–7 years (Revit Architecture)

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• Relevant hands-on Revit Architecture experience will be given higher priority than formal educational qualifications

What We Are NOT Looking For

• Infrastructure-only BIM profiles
• Heavy coordination/construction BIM specialists
• Pure classroom trainers without production experience.
