Job Description: Sr. Dialysis Technician
Designation: Junior Dialysis Technician
Experience: 5-10 Years
Salary: As per experience and assessment
Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc in Dialysis Technology with valid registration
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up and operating haemodialysis machines, ensuring proper function.
- Support patient positioning, monitor vital signs, and provide comfort during treatments.
- Assist in dialysis procedures, including femoral access, and care for vascular access.
- Monitor and assist with the RO water treatment system, ensuring water quality meets standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on RO units and maintain water quality logs.
- Follow infection control procedures and ensure cleanliness of equipment and patient areas.
- Record patient data and treatment details accurately.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of dialysis equipment and procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Calm under pressure, especially during emergencies.
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols.
