Key Responsibilities:
Outbound calling to potential leads
Track and manage call records on Excel
Follow up and nurture leads
Collaborate with sales & marketing teams
Handle objections with professionalism
Requirements:
1-2 years experience (or freshers with excellent communication skills)
Fluent English (verbal & written)
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel & CRM tools
Strong persuasion and organizational skills
Ability to work night shifts independently
