Job Description:

Role Objective

To convert inbound leads into enrollments by making prompt calls, building trust in the candidate’s native language, and effectively explaining course offerings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Calling & Conversion

  • Call new leads within 15–30 minutes of inquiry.
  • Clearly explain course details, fees, and benefits.
  • Build trust and rapport with prospects to drive conversions.

2. Native Language Counseling

  • Communicate fluently in Tamil or Bengali (mandatory).
  • Understand candidate needs and recommend suitable programs.

3. Follow-ups & Lead Nurturing

  • Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
  • Share course details, brochures, and success stories via WhatsApp.
  • Maintain proper notes on lead status and conversations.

4. Weekend Availability (Critical)

  • Must be available on Saturdays and especially Sundays (peak lead days).
  • Handle high call volumes during campaign periods.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in telecalling / inside sales / admissions counselling.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
