Job Description:
Role Objective
To convert inbound leads into enrollments by making prompt calls, building trust in the candidate’s native language, and effectively explaining course offerings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Calling & Conversion
- Call new leads within 15–30 minutes of inquiry.
- Clearly explain course details, fees, and benefits.
- Build trust and rapport with prospects to drive conversions.
2. Native Language Counseling
- Communicate fluently in Tamil or Bengali (mandatory).
- Understand candidate needs and recommend suitable programs.
3. Follow-ups & Lead Nurturing
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Share course details, brochures, and success stories via WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper notes on lead status and conversations.
4. Weekend Availability (Critical)
- Must be available on Saturdays and especially Sundays (peak lead days).
- Handle high call volumes during campaign periods.
Requirements
- Prior experience in telecalling / inside sales / admissions counselling.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
