Job Summary
Our Client is looking for an experienced SAP MM Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA. The role involves end-to-end implementation and support of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, Inventory Management, and Logistics Invoice Verification. The ideal candidate will have exposure to global rollouts, cross-functional integration, and post Go-Live support.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end implementation and support of SAP MM including Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification
- Hands-on experience across P2P cycle: PR, PO, GR, IR, and FI integration
- Configure and support Special Procurement Processes:
- Subcontracting
- Consignment Buying
- Stock Transport Orders (STO)
- Intercompany Procurement
- Strong integration experience with SAP FI, SD, and PP modules
- Active involvement in UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support
- Handle GST and tax-related configurations (India localization preferred)
- Prepare Functional Specifications, Test Scripts, and User Training documents
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, and custom reports
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM configuration and business processes
- Experience in SAP implementation and support projects
- Good understanding of procurement, inventory, and material management processes
- Exposure to Release Strategy, Output Determination, and Account Determination
- Experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration/implementation
- Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and documentation standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Multiple end-to-end SAP MM implementations
- Experience in global or multi-country SAP rollouts
Soft Skills
- Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead requirement-gathering and design workshops
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of SAP MM experience with proven implementation/support track record
- SAP MM Certification (preferred)
