One of our client looking for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
· Exp Level: 6+ years
· Notice period : 1week
· Location : Bangalore/Hybrid ( Monthly 5 days work form office )
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) across multi-country/global landscapes.
- Should have ECP Certification
- Experience with Indian Payroll and multi country payroll.
- Conduct payroll requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and design scalable payroll solutions aligned with global and local compliance.
- Configure ECP including Payroll Control Center (PCC), schemas, rules, pay components, off-cycle processes, and payroll calendars.
- Ensure seamless integration between Employee Central (EC) and ECP, including replication, data validation, and error handling .
- Drive payroll data migration strategy, templates, cleansing, and reconciliation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Time, EC, Integrations, Finance) to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom logic, interfaces, and payroll reports.
- Lead testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll Testing) and ensure payroll accuracy before go-live.
- Support go-live readiness, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Advise clients on payroll governance, compliance, release management, and continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of global payroll processes, statutory compliance, and payroll operations.

Payroll Control Center (PCC)
Payroll Schemas & Rules
Pay Components & Pay Component Groups
Off-cycle payroll
EC–ECP integration & replication monitoring
Time data integration (if applicable)
- Experience in global rollout implementations with multi-country payroll models.
- Strong consulting skills: stakeholder engagement, solution design, and executive communication.
- Experience with multi country payroll.
- Familiarity with integration technologies (SAP CPI, Integration Center, APIs).
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
