Role Overview
We are seeking a highly reliable and execution-focused Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in business execution, coordination, and operational follow-through. This role serves as a central point of coordination across projects, stakeholders, and daily priorities to ensure smooth execution and accountability.
This is a high-trust, high-responsibility position requiring strong ownership, discipline, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, and daily priorities
– Track delegated tasks across teams and ensure timely completion
– Coordinate with vendors, partners, consultants, and internal staff
– Maintain structured follow-up trackers and reports (Excel-based)
– Assist in research, documentation, and administrative coordination
– Handle communication on behalf of the MD when required
– Manage confidential information with professionalism
– Provide coordination support for business and limited personal tasks

Skills & Qualifications
– 3–5 years experience in executive support, administration, or coordination roles
– Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Word

– High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
Work Details
Full-time, on-site role
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
