About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Ecommerce & Quick Commerce Marketplace Manager to own and manage the end-to-end operations across major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart .

This role requires a combination of operational ownership, advertising expertise, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional coordination to drive revenue growth and marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Operations & End-to-End Ownership

  • Own day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart .
  • Manage product cataloging, listings, A+ content, pricing strategies, and visibility optimization .
  • Monitor sales performance, returns, ratings, Buy Box health, and overall account hygiene .
  • Take full ownership of the ecommerce lifecycle — including purchase order processing, order fulfillment, stock delivery to warehouses, ad execution, and sales performance management .
  • Ensure seamless coordination between procurement, warehouse, logistics, and marketplace operations teams .

2. Quick Commerce Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Quick Commerce platforms including Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart .
  • Coordinate closely with category managers, media teams, and platform POCs .
  • Manage end-to-end execution including:
  • Purchase order fulfillment
  • Inventory dispatch
  • Warehouse inwarding
  • Listing activation
  • Campaign execution
  • Sales tracking
  • Align promotions, ad visibility, and inventory planning to prevent stock-outs and maximize sales velocity .

3. Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute performance-driven advertising strategies across ecommerce and quick commerce platforms.
  • Manage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other retail media ad formats .
  • Conduct keyword research, campaign structuring, bid optimization, and audience targeting .
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, conversions, and revenue growth .
  • Run A/B testing for creatives, keywords, and bidding strategies .
  • Stay updated with retail media trends, tools, and platform algorithm updates .

4. Data Analysis & Performance Reporting

  • Build and maintain category-level dashboards and performance reports .
  • Track key performance indicators including:
  • ROAS
  • CTR
  • Conversion rate
  • Ad spend efficiency
  • Revenue growth
  • Inventory turnover
  • Use Excel / Google Sheets and platform analytics dashboards for deep performance analysis.
  • Convert data insights into actionable growth strategies .

5. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Manage advertising budgets across marketplaces effectively.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual advertising spends aligned with ROI targets.
  • Monitor budget utilization and optimize allocations based on performance trends.

6. Inventory Planning & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams for FBA replenishment and quick commerce inventory planning.
  • Align advertising and promotional calendars with product launches and stock availability .
  • Ensure smooth operational flow from inventory dispatch to marketplace activation .

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in Ecommerce Marketplace Management .
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart) .
  • Strong understanding of marketplace advertising and retail media platforms .
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets .
  • Experience working with inventory planning and supply chain teams .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment .
