Role Overview (Read this twice before applying)

This is not a call-center job .

You will be handling warm leads (no cold calling) generated through marketing campaigns and converting interested parents into paid enrollments.

Your job is simple in theory:

Understand the parent’s need

Build trust

Close the sale

In reality, this requires ownership, consistency, and strong closing ability .

What You Will Do

  • Handle 8–10 warm leads per day
  • Call and follow up with parents via phone + WhatsApp
  • Conduct counselling/demo conversations with parents & students
  • Explain course structure, outcomes, and value clearly
  • Maintain lead status in CRM and follow structured follow-ups

Who Should Apply (Be honest with yourself)

  • 1.5 to 3 years experience in B2C sales / inside sales / tele-sales
  • Experience in EdTech or course selling is a strong advantage
  • Strong in Tamil + basic English communication
  • Comfortable handling parents and students
  • Can handle objections and close deals—not just talk

Who Should NOT Apply

  • If you struggle with targets or follow-ups
  • If you expect leads to “convert automatically”
  • If you think sales = just explaining the product

Work Details

Location: Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

6 Days Working (Sunday working, Wednesday week off)
