Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, located in Baner. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and using analytical skills to evaluate and address customer needs. The role also involves communicating with customers to understand their requirements and ensuring that the solutions provided align with their business objectives.
