• SaaS application configuration
• Managing workflows, business rules, forms, permissions, and role setups
• Ability to understand end-to-end data inflow and outflow
• Basic understanding of JSON
• Configuring user roles and permissions (RBAC)
• Basic understanding of OAuth
• Ability to debug configuration issues
• Analyze logs and integration failures
• Identify whether issues are config-related vs integration-related
• Work with engineering teams effectively
