Are you a proactive and organized administrative professional looking for a new opportunity?
We are currently looking for a dynamic Admin Executive to join our team in Pune. If you have 2 to 5 years of experience in office management, vendor coordination, and HR support, we want to hear from you!
Location: Pimple Saudagar (Kokane Chowk), Pune
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 2–5 Years
Opening: 1 position
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall office and facility operations (procurement, storage, cleaning, and maintenance).
- Coordinate asset management and onboarding for new employees.
- Provide HR support, including asset handovers and accurate record-keeping.
- Plan and manage company events, meetings, and celebrations.
- Coordinate with vendors (telecom, printing, travel, repairs).
- Maintain official files, update SOPs, and handle admin documentation.
- Need to Manage 5 days Residential event
